Kumail Aslam is an associate with DCLBV in its California office in Fresno. His primary focus is workers’ compensation defense.

Kumail Aslam is a Bay Area native and recently started living in the Central Valley. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University. After graduating, Mr. Aslam attended Santa Clara University School of Law.

While at SCU, he spent a summer working at a non-profit focused on immigration and civil rights. He then clerked for the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office as a summer intern and the San Mateo County District Attorney’s office as a post-bar Law Clerk. As a clerk, Mr. Aslam conducted two dozen preliminary hearings and motion, along with written assignments.

In his free time, Mr. Aslam enjoys spending time exploring nature and traveling with his wife and family.

Mr. Aslam is a member of the State Bar of California.
