Brian Binkley is a shareholder with DCLBV. Mr. Binkley is a lifelong Valley resident and practices with the firm’s workers’ compensation and employment defense departments.

He is a graduate of San Joaquin College of Law. His family are entrepreneurs and business owners, thus he has focused his practice on practical, but aggressive litigation strategies for employers at every stage of a business’ development.

Mr. Binkley is a graduate of California State University, Fresno and a Bulldog fan.
